Round-the-clock support with a personal touch Dedicated Care
We have very experienced staff members who are registered nurses, on duty 24 hours a day, supported by qualified care assistants and an excellent domestic team, all employed directly by the home (we don’t use agency staff).
One of our care assistants is named your Key Worker and is your principal carer throughout the month.
Our team works in three shifts, covering morning, afternoon and night duties. At each change of shift, staff are updated on your personal Care needs.
Staff are unable to accept gifts or money, but donations can be made to the Staff Social Fund, which is put towards the teams outings etc., and is much appreciated.
